Delivery & preparation
You send us your components together with a drawing or CAD model. We check all documents for completeness and prepare the measurement.

Measurement by CNC measurement technician
We analyze dimensions, tolerances and geometric features using modern measuring methods – including tactile and optical systems as well as 3D coordinate measuring technology.

Evaluation, report & return shipment
You receive an individual measurement report – digital, clear and audit-proof. Your components are usually returned within 48 hours of measurement.

Modern measuring center
At the CNC24 measuring center in Berlin, we combine state-of-the-art measuring technology, certified processes and years of manufacturing experience – all under one roof. Our measuring room is equipped with high-precision coordinate measuring machines and hand-held measuring devices from Mitutoyo and enables reliable testing at micrometer level. Whether single part, small series or series release: we provide you with reliable measurement results that ensure your quality – regardless of the manufacturer or country of origin.
3D coordinate measurement
We check your components for dimensional accuracy and compliance with shape and position tolerances. Our Mitutoyo machines capture complex geometries directly on the basis of your CAD data – reliably and reproducibly.
Surface & contour measurement
We use high-resolution probe technology to measure the roughness and contours of your components precisely and in accordance with standards. The measurement results provide reliable information on the functionality and accuracy of fit of your components.
Initial sampling & series testing
Our initial sampling ensures the release of new components through complete, standard-compliant test reports. For series tests, we record dimensional deviations and trends across batches.
