Quality and precision
What sets us apart in laser part production?
The continuous expansion of our manufacturing network in laser part production is part of our self-image. This is the only way we can guarantee the quality and precision in production for which our customers value us. We mainly process laser parts with a CO2 laser. Only when cutting temperature-sensitive material, such as copper or aluminum, do we use solid-state lasers that work with a neodymium-doped YAG crystal (Nd:YAG) in the near-infrared range.
We manufacture your laser parts with the utmost precision to ensure quality and compliance with your tolerances. Upload the CAD file of your desired laser parts today and receive a quote from one of our certified manufacturing partners within 48 hours.

Material selection
What needs to be considered when manufacturing laser parts?
Our many years of expertise and particularly sophisticated machinery help us to achieve excellent quality for your laser parts and complex assemblies.
There are a few points to bear in mind when processing laser parts to ensure that the result meets the quality requirements.
During production, slight to severe surface changes may occur when manufacturing your laser parts. This can include tempering colors, laser spatter or even the formation of a burr. This depends primarily on the material selected. For this reason, it is advisable to have certain laser parts additionally processed after laser cutting.
We recommend suitable connection processes for your laser parts:

CNC laser part production: Suitable connection processes
Tempering color
1. Discoloration of the surface
When processing sheet metal with the laser process, sooty discoloration (tempering color) may occur on the surface of your laser parts. In order to keep the surface of your laser part in perfect condition, we recommend the follow-up process of simple deburring or edge rounding. In this process, your laser parts are cleaned and surfaces are lightly re-treated.
Burr formation
2. Sharp edges
The choice of material is crucial for the further processing of your laser parts. Depending on the type and thickness of the material, a so-called burr may form. This is a sharp edge created by the laser processing of your component. If rounded, smooth edges are important to you, we recommend that you first deburr your laser parts in two processes and then have them trowalized .
Laser splashes
3. Stainless steel laser parts
Laser splashes cannot be avoided when processing stainless steel with the laser process. Splashes can also occur on your laser parts when processing other materials. This then depends on various processes. The subsequent edge rounding process with surface grinding can correct this consequence of laser processing.
Rippling, imprints or film residue
4. Independent of the material
The subsequent edge rounding process with surface grinding or barrel finishing also helps to prevent rippling, imprints or foil residue on your laser parts. These changes occur regardless of the material selected. In any case, let our experts advise you on whether and which joining process is suitable for your laser parts.

Contract manufacturing for your laser parts
In contract manufacturing, we take on your orders from a batch size of 1 piece – there are virtually no upper limits. We are not a B2B marketplace, but work with a selected partner network. Every laser parts manufacturer is regularly audited by us.
Our quality management is certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 (DIN EN ISO). As we have several lathes, milling machines and a sheet metal processing department in addition to CNC laser machines, we can offer you the ready-to-install production and assembly of even the most complex workpieces and components.
Made in Germany at an extremely competitive price, because in addition to efficient production, we also use state-of-the-art management software – and thus keep our ancillary costs as low as possible.
