Start-up CNC24 honored as employer of the future
CNC24 has been awarded the “Employer of the Future” seal of approval by the business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER and the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization DIND. The renowned employer seal identifies companies as figureheads of the German SME sector and shows employees where it is worth applying.
The start-up CNC24 is one of the lucky winners of the “Employer of the Future” seal, which is awarded according to the main criteria of digitalization and sustainability. As a start-up, the innovative manufacturing company for precision components is experiencing healthy growth and is establishing itself as an important partner for SMEs. While the battle for skilled workers continues in the industry, CNC24 has no problems attracting and retaining new employees thanks to its attractive working models. The start-up doubled its workforce in 2022.
Companies that are modern, digital, innovative and offer contemporary working conditions are recognized as employers of the future.
